jillipg Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jillipg" or "we" or "us" refers to the jillipg platform accessible at jillipg.app and all services provided through it.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers an account with jillipg or uses any part of the jillipg platform.
• "Account" means the registered jillipg account created by a player following successful verification.
• "Balance" means the total PHP value held in a player's jillipg account, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered by jillipg subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a player must wager on eligible games before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the jillipg website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available through jillipg.app.

2. Eligibility

To open a jillipg account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the jillipg platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are not using a third party's identity or payment details.
• You do not currently hold another active jillipg account and have not previously been excluded from jillipg or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a person employed by jillipg or its affiliated service providers in a role that creates a conflict of interest with player participation.

jillipg reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold one and only one jillipg account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information must match the details on your government-issued identification and the payment account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

jillipg will conduct identity verification as required by applicable regulations. This may involve requesting a copy of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and in some cases a selfie or video verification. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillipg login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact jillipg support immediately. jillipg accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player's credentials were shared or not adequately protected.

4. Deposits

All deposits into your jillipg account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. The accepted payment channels for Philippine accounts include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment channel. These limits are displayed in the jillipg cashier at the time of the transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

jillipg does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply charges. jillipg accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers outside our control.

By depositing funds into your jillipg account, you confirm that the money comes from a legitimate source and does not represent proceeds from any unlawful activity. jillipg complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and may request proof of source of funds as part of account verification.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at jillipg are processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jillipg account. It is not possible to withdraw funds to a payment account belonging to a third party. This requirement is enforced without exception.

Before any withdrawal is approved, the player must have completed identity verification as described in Section 3. In addition, the minimum playthrough requirement applicable to the account must be satisfied. Where a bonus has been claimed, the full wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

jillipg targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, subject to verification status and payment channel availability:

• GCash and Maya: typically same day to 24 hours for verified accounts
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers: 1 to 3 business days
• Visa and Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank
• VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond accounts receive priority processing as described in the VIP Club terms

jillipg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests that cannot be verified within the required timeframe will remain pending until documentation is received and confirmed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jillipg offers promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, free bet credits, and VIP rewards. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion at the time it is offered. The terms below apply to all jillipg bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting balance is withdrawable). The applicable requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms at the point of offer.

6.2 Eligible Games

Not all jillipg games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward fulfilling any wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated expiry period will be removed from the account without cash substitute. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

6.4 Abuse Prevention

jillipg reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing wagers on both sides of the same outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically exploiting offer terms in a way inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at jillipg's reasonable discretion.

7. Gameplay Rules

Each game and betting market available on the jillipg platform is governed by specific rules that apply to that game or market. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing any wager. These rules are accessible within each game or market section on the platform.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game or betting event, jillipg will apply the following general principles:

• Wagers will be settled on the basis of confirmed data at the point the bet was placed and verified.
• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, jillipg will endeavour to return the wager amount to the player's account.
• In cases where results are disputed due to a technical error, jillipg's decision following investigation is final subject to the complaints process in Section 10.

For sports betting at jillipg, published odds are subject to change before a bet is accepted. jillipg reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or correct obvious pricing errors. Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at jillipg's discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited at jillipg and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different name, address, or device
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or verification information
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal details
• Colluding with other players on any jillipg poker, casino, or sports betting market
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the jillipg platform
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or calculation faults to gain an unfair advantage
• Depositing funds that represent proceeds of unlawful activity
• Attempting to access another player's jillipg account without authorisation
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or damages the jillipg platform or its infrastructure

Where prohibited conduct is identified, jillipg may suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void affected wagers, and permanently close the account. Funds derived directly from prohibited conduct are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jillipg platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and underlying software — is the intellectual property of jillipg or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display jillipg content without explicit written authorisation.

You may not use the jillipg name, logo, or any content from the platform for commercial purposes, affiliate schemes, or social media promotions without prior written approval from jillipg.

10. Limitation of Liability

jillipg provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. We do not accept liability for losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service caused by internet outages, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside jillipg's reasonable control
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement figures that are corrected in accordance with applicable game or market rules
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure login credentials

Where jillipg is found liable for a loss, our liability is limited to the amount of the affected wager or transaction. jillipg is not liable for consequential, indirect, or speculative losses of any kind.

If you have a complaint regarding a jillipg transaction, game result, or account decision, contact support at support@jillipg.app with full details. Complaints are investigated and a response provided within a reasonable timeframe. jillipg's decisions following good-faith investigation are final absent a clearly demonstrable error of fact.

11. Privacy and Data

jillipg collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By creating a jillipg account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.

jillipg does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data is shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only where required to operate the platform lawfully or comply with applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

jillipg is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is intended as an entertainment service for adults who choose to participate within their financial means. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits — Set a maximum PHP amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase applies after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum continuous playing time before you are prompted to take a break.
• Reality Checks — Optional periodic reminders of how long you have been playing in a session.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the jillipg platform. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Attempting to re-register under a different identity during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

13. Account Closure

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your jillipg account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any outstanding verified real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts with unresolved disputes or pending investigations may not be closed until the matter is resolved.

13.2 Closure by jillipg

jillipg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct as described in Section 8, failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe, or activity that presents an unacceptable compliance or fraud risk. Where closure results from a verified breach, jillipg may withhold balances derived from that breach pending investigation and appropriate resolution.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jillipg may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jillipg platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should stop using the jillipg platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of your account after the effective date will be treated as acceptance regardless of whether the notification email was opened.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising from the use of the jillipg platform should first be raised through the jillipg customer support channel to allow for internal resolution. jillipg will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, further escalation options depend on the applicable regulatory framework under which jillipg operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority and escalation process are available from jillipg support upon request.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that players may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the Philippines.
